Bio[]
As the youngest and quickest of the Maximals, Cheetor is one part soldier and one part daredevil. With the addition of rocket boosters and the power of flight, his Transmetal upgrade only intensified the recklessness of this fast feline.

- Leadership (5-Star) - All lower tier teammates gain +10% Critical Rating.
Strategy[]
Commander[]
An awakened Cheetor can bypass Armor, Shields, Evasion Buffs, and do not trip any enemy abilities, for example Optimus Prime (MV1) won't be able to make his epic last stand and even Wheeljack's Force Shield will be bypassed. However, the resulting buff only lasts over 4 seconds, so you have to act fast and the only thing that the feral strike can’t bypass are Unstoppable buffs and Megatronus’s relic of immortality.
Dashing into the enemy and Heavy Attacks are a great way to avoid potentially deadly ranged attacks, but it must be timed right or you could get hit from dashing in too early. Heavy Evades are not effective at dodging multi-hit ranged attacks like Waspinator's eye lasers.
An awakened Cheetor on a Robot Resource will be pushed to gain Feral Strikes more often like Cyclonus and his Dark Fields on that mod, try this combination out!
Opponent[]
There's no way to drain Cheetor's power, so try to focus on anti-evade and power locks (Evasion can activate while Cheetor is feral). Hot Rod prevents Feral evasion from activating 100% of the time and power locks will be your friend since it will prevent Cheetor from gaining feral strikes.
Strong Match-ups[]
Bots[]
- Ratchet - Cheetor's Repair Block and Power Locks will take the autobot medic back to the repair bay.
- Shockwave – Shockwave will have a hard time hitting Cheetor, and if he does, he’ll have an even harder time Draining his Power. The same also goes for Prowl.
- Ultra Magnus - Cheetor will remove and not shift any Resistance buffs when Feral Striking.
- Optimus Primal – Cheetor’s signature ability will allow him to punch through Primal’s Crit Armor, and if the ape thinks he’s going to heal from Bleeds, Cheetor’s Repair Block will put a stop to that idea.
- Jetfire - Cheetor will evade many of Jetfire’s primary attacks while Blocking any chance the big flyer has to Repair.
- Wheeljack - Cheetor's Feral Strike/Bleeds will ignore the Force Shield. This is one of the most effective counters to the shield.
- Optimus Prime (MV1) - Cheetor’s repair block will prevent Optimus Prime from repairing while Bleeding and an awakened Cheetor can punch through even the toughest armor, stopping the Autobot leader from making his epic last stand.
- Megatron (ROTF) - Bleeds and feral strikes will bypass Megatron’s tough armor and the repair block will ensure Megatron will not make his comeback.
Mods[]
- Paralyzer - Cheetor will be completely unaffected by the Stun Ray.
Weak Match-ups[]
- Anyone with power locks - Like Rhinox, bots that inflicts power locks can prevent this transmetal maximal from gaining power and feral strikes.
- Hound – Hound’s Precision Ammo will make short work of this bot as he attempts to Dash-in for an attack.
- Megatron – Cheetor requires constant buffs to stay on top, some that an awakened Megatron would love to steal from. In the former case, Megatron would be the one who’s on top instead.
- Hot Rod - Decelerations will disable Cheetor's Feral Strike, Dash Evades and weaken down Cheetor’s power gains
- Kickback - While this insecticon may not be able to leak Cheetor’s power, he can consume his power gain and if Cheetor thinks he can uses his heavies to ram or evade while the opponent tries to counterattack, the T-Clog sabotage will put a stop to that idea.
- Cyclonus, Sideswipe and Starscream - Cheetor wants to win; but what is a winner without buffs?
- Grindor - Cheetor gains a lot of power because of his power gain. The more power Cheetor gains, the stronger Grindor gets and special locks can disable Cheetor from using his specials and if he has the synergy bonus, he can prevent Cheetor from gaining feral strikes that will bypass his armor. Grindor will crush this transmetal maximal.
- Grimlock - The transmetal armor will do nothing to protect Cheetor from the massive damage Grimlock has with his melee buffs and specials and the bleeds Cheetor throws will be purified.
- Megatronus and Barricade - These 2 has abilities that can counter Cheetor. They can steal Cheetor’s power to gain it as their own rather than draining it. Barrricade can also stack backfires and Cheetor will be backfired in his face when he uses his specials(same goes with Jazz and Scorponok who also inflict powerful backfires) and with the synergy bonus active, power locks will prevent Cheetor from gaining feral strikes. On the other hand, Megatronus’s relic of obedience can weaken Cheetor’s abilities and prevent him from gaining any buffs even feral strikes and dark burns will ignore the transmetal armor thought Cheetor can power lock Megatronus which will delay relic switching.
