Thundercracker Challenge

The Thundercracker Challenge is a Challenge Mission featuring Thundercracker that ran from April 5 for two weeks. This runs in conjunction with the "No Bot Left Behind" ReForged Spotlight, and is similar to Bee's Gauntlet.

Synopsis

In a continuation of "Crossfire," Thundercracker arrives at New Quintessa to find Starscream commanding a squad of Sharkticons.

Intro

Marissa Faireborn: Commander? OPTIMUS? Teletraan found a break in the Reforging interference.

Optimus Prime: Thank Primus! It is good to hear from you again.

Marissa: No time for pleasantries. Sharkticons have been running wild since the planet started time-shifting. This break was the result of a massive energon explosion.

Optimus Prime: Proposed path of action?

Scout Sharkticon: I have a suggestion. Surrender and submit to our leaders.

Optimus Prime: Leaders? Starscream is finally sharing his new army?

For some reason, these following lines only appear in the easiest difficulty.

Sharkticon: Our new leader and old leader. They unite us and divide us.

Optimus Prime: This sounds like trouble. Commander, we better investigate.

Ending

Optimus Prime: I hear shouting ahead. Stay alert.

Starscream: I DON'T CARE! THE SHARKTICONS ARE MINE TO COMMAND!

Thundercracker: I DIDN'T CRASH THROUGH A TIME FISSURE TO LISTEN TO YOUR WHINING!

Starscream: I WISH I COULD TOSS YOU INTO SPACE ALL OVER AGAIN! MY ARMY WILL SHATTER YOU, THUNDERCRACKER!

Thundercracker: YOU UGLY SCRAPHEAP! THOSE CREATURES SHALL BOW TO THE MIGHT OF MY FLIGHT!

Starscream: UGLY?! YOU LOOK IN A MIRROR LATELY?

For some reason, the following line only appears in the easiest difficulty.

Optimus Prime: Seems as though Starscream has met his match. I say we do the pair a favor and finish the fight.

Layout

There are four difficulties, each named, "Trouble Brewing", "Rising Danger", "Critical Challenges", and "Thunder Struck". Each chapter is "Divided Army", "Split Leadership", "Signal Interference", and "Warped Relfection". There are six missions/rounds for each, each with six bots. All have a health boost and shared mod, and a unique mod for each bot.

• The name of the 4-Star chapter, "Thunder Struck," is a reference to the AC/DC song of the same name.
• This event was produced with the cooperation of two Forged to Fight streamers, Luke Connerton and Inqosly (iNightSkies).
• Starscream's quip about Thundercracker being "ugly" and "not looking at a mirror lately" is a reference to the fact he is a reskin.
