To answer some questions that you may have:
Will my progress carry over?
This is a completely new version of Transformers: Forged to Fight, and as such, no progress will be carried over, but we hope that you’ll find excitement in starting your adventure from the start once again!
If there are no Ads or In-App Purchases, how will I obtain Energon?
You can earn Energon by playing various modes in-game.
How do I get Bots?
You can earn bots by completing content, from Crystals, or by using Bot chips, which you also earn by playing!
Will every Bot be returning?
Unfortunately, not every Bot will be making a comeback in the new game, but keep an eye out for some more old favourites coming back in the future!
Similarities[]
- The game seems to be based on the last version of the game before it was delisted.
- This requirements guide should apply here.
Differences[]
- You need an existing Netflix account to play.
- No progress is carried over.
- The biggest change yet is the removal of all Cinematic Bots due to licensing; for reference, the last Bayverse bot was released on February 8, 2018 (five years ago). Such content will be marked with the appropiate template on their respective pages. Yes, this includes Megatron (ROTF). However, the Cinematic backdrops are still present. the bayverse might come back
- However, the announcement on the F2F Discord seems to suggest more "old favorites" popping in.
- As some Story elements revolve around the Bayverse Bots, such will be changed. There have been no confirmation whether Rulers of Kaon and Revenge of the King will return... yet.
- No in-app purchases for anything anymore, nor ads. You earn Energon and Bot Chips (this is now the main currency of the game) by playing the game. Think of this progression scheme as a mixture of Definitive Edition Marvel's Avengers and post-2018 Battlefront II. This means you'll be getting an excess of 500 Energon! after completing Act 1.
- Daily Crystals no longer give bots
- Most Bots are obtainable through Bot Chips.
- So are most Bot upgrade materials. Yes, you can get T3 Class and Alpha Sparks with Energon.
- A few of the Bots' Classes were changed to offset balance issues due to the Cinematic Bots being removed: Windblade is now a Warrior, Skywarp a Scout, Soundblaster a Demolitions, and Chromia a Warrior (from a Tech bot which was unreleased).
