Chapter 1 - Who's Bugging?

Consuming Presence

Part 1

• Megatron: Are you sure your intel is correct?
• Soundwave: Affirmative. Laserbeak is always reliable.
• Megatron: Then they are here?
• Soundwave: I cannot confirm quantity. But, based on our previous encounters, I postulate that there is a presence...
• Megatron: An Insecticon presence. A presence we shall use to our advantage.

Part 2

• Megatron: The swaths of metallic carnage and devoured resources indicate Laserbeak was correct.
• Soundwave: The Insecticons are a destructive nuisance.
• Megatron: A nuisance that can turn the tide of battle in our favor. With their mind control and cloning powers at our disposal, the planet will be ours.
• Soundwave: But we do not possess their powers.
• Megatron: Not yet. We've been down this road before, but remember, they are Decepticons. First things first. You distract the Autobots and their so called Commander. I'll take care of "persuading" our Insecticon friend.

Part 3

• Marissa: Prowl, has your patrol with the Commander confirmed Teletraans's suspicions?
• Prowl: Fields of devoured vegetation? Check. Buildings and supply warehouses gnawed on? Check. Autobot allies acting suspicious and going rogue? Check.
• Marissa: That all adds up to one thing...
• Prowl: An Insecticon presence.

Part 4

• Soundwave: Turn around and return to your base of face annihilation.
• Prowl: Annihilation is pretty severe. Like a horde of locust consuming a planet?
• Soundwave: Grasshopper would be more accurate.
• Prowl: So Kickback is here!
• Soundwave: I did not say that.
• Prowl: You didn't have to.

Buggy Deja-Vu

Part 1

• Marissa Faireborn: Commander, we have a problem. Team members have gone missing.
• Prowl: Who's missing? Any specifics?
• Marissa Faireborn: So far, Mirage, Bumblebee... and... Optimus. Windblade was on sentry duty. She saw...
• Windblade: The three of them walk off. I called to them. They marched ahead vacantly, as though they were programmed to be somewhere else.
• Marissa Faireborn: Prowl, thoughts?
• Prowl: Insecticons arrive and bots start acting strange? That spells trouble. Big Trouble. Cerebro-Shell trouble.
• Marissa Faireborn: Cerebro-Shell?
• Prowl: A mind control device the Insecticons like to use to make bots their minions. Like I said... Big Trouble!

Part 2

• Megatron: Have you made any progress in discerning which Insecticon is here?
• Soundwave: Decepticon affiliated sources have revealed a Autobots behaving erratically. Their behavior suggests they are being controlled.
• Megatron: Bombshell was known to use the Cerebro-Shell device. Ah, but you would know that. After all, he used it on you!
• Soundwave: I do not need reminding. But, Laserbeak has a confirmed an army of grasshopper bots consuming mass quantities or ore and energon in mines nearby.
• Megatron: Then that would be Kickback. Those meddling bugs have shared technology before, it would not surprise me if they did so here. It is time to go cricket hunting.

Part 3

• Mirage: Where do you think you're going?
• Prowl: Whoa, ease up tough guy, it;'s out of character. What's got into you?
• Mirage: You could call it common sense of the insect persuasion.
• Prowl: I knew it, they got you again. Commander, we've been through this before. Mirage has been manipulated by an Insecticon device.
• Mirage: Enlightened by Insecticon technology.
• Prowl: Entomological semantics. Commander, subdue our friend so we can take care of his bug problem.

Chapter 2 - Bugging Out

Bee Be Bugging

Part 1

• Sideswipe: Ratchet just told me he removed something called a Cerebro-Shell from Mirage.
• Prowl: It's a start.
• Sideswipe: A start? What do you mean?
• Prowl: I mean we still have two Autobots AWOL and a crazed grasshopper out there ravaging all that he sees.
• Sideswipe: Then what are we doing sitting here? We don't need Optimus to tell us to roll out. Let's roll!

Part 2

• Megatron: Well, it isn't my favorite Insecticon, Kickback. Welcome to New Quintessa.
• Kickback: Spare me the pleasantries-pleasentries.
• Megatron: Repeating words? I thought that was Shrapnel's thing.
• Kickback: Sometimes things rub off on bots-bots.
• Megatron: Do other things rub off? Like technology?
• Kickback: You've seen my clones-clones?
• Megatron: There have been rumors. There's also been rumors of mind-controlled Autobots.
• Kickback: The Insecticon nation recruits in various ways-ways.
• Megatron: Indeed. Indeed.

Part 3

• Sideswipe: Get the pesticide out, we've got a bug problem.
• Kickback: I hope you fight better than you tell jokes, Automoron-moron.
• Sideswipe: Time for the flyswatter, Commander.
• Kickback: Bah! Are you blind and stupid? I'm a grasshopper you idiot-idiot! Time to turn you to scrap-scrap!

Post-defeat (if ambushed)

• Sideswipe: Had enough, Kickback?
• Kickback: You got lucky-lucky. Next time will be different-rent. And don't be too smug. A bug of a different nature awaits you-you. Have fun... don't get stung-stung.

Part 4

• Bumblebee: Kickback told me to expect company. I just didn't expect it so soon... or so weak.
• Sideswipe: Why you bugging, Bee?
• Bumblebee: I'm a growing bot. And, growing bots need all the energon they can get. My bro-bot Kickback has the hooks ups.That's all you need to know.
• Prowl: That and the fact Bee is being controlled by Kickback's Cerebro-Shell.
• Sideswipe: That old thing? OK, Bee, it's time to get you back to Ratchet for some de-bugging.
• Bumblebee: The only way I'm going with you is if Ratchet has a super-sized helping of Energon and a side order of Ore-13. I doubt he has that, so beat it.
• Sideswipe: Beat it... beat you. Same diff, Let's do this this.

Devouring Freedom

Part 1

• Bumblebee: Whoa, what happened? My programming feels like it got a hard boot, a cold boot, and a swift kick to the tailpipe.
• Ratchet: That's a colorful, but fairly accurate description of what's transpired. The Commander brought you to me, and I brought you to your senses... so to speak.
• Bumblebee: Huh?
• Ratchet: Kickback used the Insecticon's Cerebro-Shell to brainwash you. The Commander's squad brought you to me. I removed the Cerebro-Shell...
• Bumblebee: And we're all good. Sweet!
• Ratchet: Hardly. Kickback is still out there with advanced Insecticon tech and... and...
• Bumblebee: And what?! Spit it out.
• Ratchet: And, Optimus is out there... under Kickback's control.

Part 2

• Optimus Prime: All these years of seeking freedom for others...
• Kickback: And the path to your own freedom was right before you-you. You just needed to see the truth-truth. Consumption will set you free-free.
• Optimus Prime: Energon will set me free. For too long I have been controlled by the well being of others. It is time for me. It is Prime time! Time to get what I am due.
• Kickback: Spoken like a true Insecti... er... Autobot-Autobot!

Part 3

• Bumblebee: Ratchet said you were out here.
• Optimus Prime: Here I am. What of it?
• Bumblebee: He says you are under Kickback's control. I've been there, I know what you're going through.
• Optimus Prime: I am under no one's control. Ever. That is why I am a Prime. The Prime. But, I will be going through one thing... you... if you get in the way.
• Bumblebee: In the way of what?
• Optimus Prime: My path to optimizing my freedom... one Energon cube at a time. Step aside. It is time to eat!

Chapter 3 - Time to Kick It

Quest for Clones

Part 1

• Soundwave: The Insecticon pest is spreading his influence. Yet, the Cerebro-Shell proved less than effective in turning the Autobots.
• Megatron: If the Insecticons had brains they'd be dangerous. But, this one has his uses. The Cerebro-Shell was a longshot. The cloning device is a sure thing.
• Soundwave: Affirmative. A cloning device in your possession would advance the Decepticon position here in New Quintessa.
• Megatron: Exactly. That is why the next step is to earn his trust... and steal his cloning advantage.

Part 2

• Megatron: I'm glad you could take some time from your endless buffets and Autobot failures to see me, Kickback.
• Kickback: The Autobots were a diversion-version. While they were distracting their beloved Commander, my clone army was harvesting vast quantities of Energon for me to consume-sume.
• Megatron: That brings me to why I called you here. A clone army could prove beneficial to the Decepicon cause.
• Kickback: That is your cause. Not mine.
• Megatron: But brother, we share Decepticon code. It is in our core programming.
• Kickback: That might be true, but why should I help you-you? You have decieved me before... "brother"-"other."
• Megatron: Because, without your fellow Decepticons, the Autobots and their accursed Commander will put an end to your wanton path of mass consumption.
• But, a clone army of Megatrons, Decepticons, and of course, Kickbacks could ensure permanent consumption.
• Kickback: Hmmm... something to consider-consider. After I eat-eat.

Part 3

• Megatron: To what I owe the pleasure, Prime? You still hunger for freedom... or is that Energon?
• Optimus Prime: You know what we seek... an end to the Insection and all the destruction he wreaks.
• Megatron: You know I can't help you with that. A Decepticon never turns on a brother.
• Optimus Prime: Really? Does Starscream show your sentiment? Regardless, we know Kickback is nearby. We are here to put him on a diet.
• Megatron: No, you're here to eat dirt, Autobot scum!

Defeat the Feet

Part 1

• Bumblebee: There's been a swarm sighting out by the Energon mines in the western sector.
• Optimus Prime: That spells trouble. Those mines are not just regular old mines. They are Dark Energon mines.
• Bumblebee: We're talking trouble with a capital "T" if Kickback gets his claws on that stuff.
• Optimus Prime: That is why precisely why there is no time to waste. Commander, rally your squad, it is time to roll out!

Part 2

• Megatron: Have you given thought to joining forces with your brethen?
• Kickback: My brethen are Insecticons, not Deceptibots that fall and decieve... like you-you.
• Megatron: But together we can overcome all.
• Kickback: You've plotted against me and my kind too many times before-ore. My clones are all the company I need-need. Now begone, it's time for me to feast-est.
• Megatron: If you live to regret this... I will be waiting. And rest assured, your clones will be mine.

Part 3

• Kickback: If you want to taste defeat at the hands of the feet, you came to the right place-place!
• Bumblebee: Huh? That doesn't even make sense.
• Optimus Prime: I think he is referring to his hind legs. They are formidable and pack a powerful punch.
• Kickback: PUNCH!? Kick-kick! They pack a powerful kick you fool-fool.
• Bumblebee: No one calls Optimus Prime a fool-fool, you tool-tool! You're going to pay for that! Commander, it's time to teach this overgrown grasshopper a lesson.
